Artiques Seller Agreement
|
When you register as a seller, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Artiques Service Policy. Please review it from time to time as Artiques reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update the terms in Service Policy.
You must also agree to and closely follow the following terms and conditions.
Artiques Shops and Booths General Terms and Conditions

Your Artiques account must always be current. This includes all payments and contact information.

Your Artiques account must always be in good standing. Customer complaints must be resolved in a timely manner.

You must always offer at least one electronic payment option such as PayPal or your own merchant account.

When collecting personal and payment information, strict commercial laws must be followed.

Each item in your Booth/Shop must be accurately described and must include a photo or a link to your personal website where the photo is displayed.

Artiques reserves the right to remove any item that is inappropriate or can not legally be sold.

Artiques reserves the right to remove any Shop or Booth that is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
