  1. How do I get started?

Simply click 'Create an Account' at the top of any page, fill out the short application and get started selling and buying.

2. How do I pay my fees?

You can pay your fees online with a credit card or you can mail a check or money order. If you choose to pay by mail, contact the Account Services Department at billing@artiquestoo.com for the mailing address. Your payment must be received on or before the due date.

3. What happens if I have a change of address, phone number or email adderss?

Update the information in your account profile and contact our Account Services Department at billing@artiquestoo.com.

4. How often can I update my inventory?

Once registered, you will be able to login and work 24 hours a day. This gives you the option to update or change your inventory as aften as you like.

5. Do I have to have a picture of the items for sale?

Yes. You must have at least one photo on Artiques or you may have a link to your personal website where the item is displayed.

6. What do I do if I need help setting up my account?

You will receive a 'getting started selling' email shortly after signing up. This will take you step by step through the process of listing your items. If you still need assistance, you can always email any questions you have to support@artiquestoo.com. A representative will contact you during normal business hours.

7. What happens if a customer orders something?

Both you and the customer will receive an email. You should then email the buyer directly to confirm the order, email address, shipping address and shipping costs.

8. If I already have my own website or domain name, can I use them?

Yes. If you have a website, once registered as a seller, you can list your items on Artiques with a link to your site for checkout.

9. I have a physical store. Can I still sell on Artiques?

Yes. You just need to make sure all items listed on Artiques are available. Please promptly remove any item that sells in your physical store.
